Pasword Reset doesn't work. (for me)

Ever since I lost the pasword for a certain Roblox account, I have been trying to reset the pasword using the "Forgot Pasword?" button every single day, (and yes the e-mail account is the one I am currently using) and it doesn't actually send me any e-mails about the subject/topic at all, but whenever I click the "Forgot Username?" and enter the details, it works, for some absolute reason. If anyone knows how to fix this, then please reply! Why does roblox have to tag-out the word ######## for? xD Nah, I'm just joking, I know why they tag it out xD
