So, recently I've been playing Roblox a little. It wasn't until recently that the sound in-games stopped working all of the sudden. No, it's not my speakers, as for other games have sound, and yes, I went to the volume control options on my computer, and it says that Roblox's volume is on, but I still can't hear.
Oh, and yes, I pressed ESC and the game volume is on. It's neither my speakers or the in-game sounds, because I can listen to Youtube videos perfectly fine, or play games like Half Life 2 perfectly fine. How come only Roblox is the one game I'm having issues with? I need help with this, because this is getting really annoying.

Done multiple times. I still can't hear the walking, jumping, or shooting noises... Any of that.

No, it's not my speakers, no it's not the in-game volume in the menu, yes, I went to the volume control options and roblox is "on" and yes, i've restarted my computer multiple times, and yes i've been having this problem for over a day.
Seriously...

Still having this problem.
My speakers are on, I went to the volume mixer, and everything is on, the game volume is on, and nothing is muted. At all. I repeatedly turned on and off my computer and got nothing, and I also re-downloaded/uninstalled roblox on multiple accounts. I am STILL having this problem, so I am open to suggestions...
It's been 3 days. No response. |

1. What kind of computer do you use?
2. What kind of speakers do you use?
3. How are your speakers connected USB? Aux Wired? Bluetooth?

Maybe a year or 2 old. Not very old, actually. By the time this problem began, it worked before perfectly fine. |

I'm having the same issue, all my other sound works except for roblox when i checked volume mixer. It was on, but no sound was emitting. |

Yeah, I searched this up and this was a huge problem in 2015, a lot of people contacted support and they said they would "fix" this. Turns out it's been 2 years, and they've done nothing. |

I think their sound system is broken if you do have another computer or like Xbox for something just hold off on the computer for like a week I did have the sam problem a month ago I played on a different device for like a week or two then it was fixed. If you do want to try it here is what you do
1. Try a different device hopeing that the sounds works on it
2. Try to wait a week or two because ROBLOX works on the sound if your offline on that particular device they have the chance to fix it. If you do get back on that device it resets on what they fixed and you wait another 2 weeks (HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!)
3. Once you did wait a week or 2 you can get back on the device
4. If the sound does not work I recommend getting a Bluetooth Speaker so ROBLOX can connect to it
5. The second problem could be ROBLOX is not connecting to your speakers in your Computer
6. Consider getting a Bluetooth device for your computer |

I'd like to mention that it's NOT my speakers. I have said MULTIPLE times that my speakers ARE NOT BROKEN. They work with games OTHER than Roblox PERFECTLY FINE. This is ROBLOX's problem, and Roblox is going to fix it for me. |
