I want teams to spawn with different weapons without having to have givers. but so far all I can figure out how to do is make all charachters start out with the basic starter pack, is there any way I can give people on one team a starter pack and the other team have a different one, plz help thanks

Hmm, did you try Wiki ROBLOX? Or try going to Scripting Helpers.

No I tryed that It doesent seem to work, althought you can put up to one item in a spawn point and it will give it to you when you spawn there, but anything else and it doesent work

ok i finnally figured it out and i will share my knowledge with you 1 find a make your own giver model 2 take the script that says PUT ME IN THE WEAPON right click and CUT it 3 PASTE it in the Workspace 4 next you want to get all the weapons that you are going to give to that team 5 HIDE ALL OF THEM (THIS IS REAALLLLYY IMPORTANT) 6 make sure you hide them EXTREMELY GOOD mabye even make a box WAAAAYYYY out there and put them in it 7 then in the Workspace drag and drop the right weapons in to the right spawn example: blue team gets blue gun/// red team gets red gun// put blue gun in blue spawn/// put red gun in red spawn// 8 then you take the PUT ME IN THE WEAPON script and right click it 9 COPY it and then Paste it into ALL OF THE WEAPONS if this doesnt work try again with a different make your own giver model. it can work with any giver just open up the PUT THE WEAPONS IN HERE block and open up a tool / weapon and take that script out of it LAST RESORT: contact me all this does is make the spawn or any brick you put the weapons in a giver

What I do is I Make a giver. You can put multiple weapons in the bar you hit to give you the weps. The box is just to keep them safe. So make a giant box, fill it with all the weapons, then use the orange arrows tool to sink it below the baseplate (helps if you raise the baseplate up to (0, 50, 0). Now, you should have a spawn, a box, a bunch of tools, a bar (touch here for tools), and yourself in the workspace. Put the 'Put this script in the tool' script in all the tools. Move the bar on top of the spawn, and make it 4 wide, 6 high, 4 deep, and Transparency 1. Click and drag all of the weapons you want the team to have into the bar (in the workspace, not onscreen). The bar's name should be "PUT THE TOOL IN THIS BRICK" or something of the sort. Then make the entire thing one of your models. Reset. THe spawn with the bar above it should give you the tools for that team. If you have any problems, pm me about it.

Okay, here's a little tutorial on how I do it: Suppose we're making a place about aliens fighting against humans. The alien will need some futuristic looking guns, so get givers like that. Hide the weapons inside the giver and place the 'giving brick' on the spawn. This way when a person in the alien team spawns they get the weapon. Place the spawn in a small room with a one-way door so the humans couldn't get it.

OR The simplest way is just to make a spawn room like MOST games and just make something like a choose your class hallway. (IF you do this do NOT put the buttons near the wall that seperates the two rooms

I only see this happening with GUI's or maybe by a script.
