First of all welcome to Bluewell Navy. If you are reading this, you are most likely not a bot, and thus have been accepted in the Bluewell Navy. Your current rank is "E-1 | Seaman Recruit". This means you are waiting for a training, and you are not yet in service for the Bluewell Navy.
Trainings are hosted regularly. To be ranked to E-2, you should at least attend one training. The trainers on-site will then decide if you are suited to serve the Bluewell Navy or if you need another training.
After you are ranked to E-2, there lies a world of opportunities before you. If you train hard enough, you can eventually become an officer in the CiC, or even a Captain!
