If you're a HR in TEA ®, you are advised to read through this handbook. This will probably be updated a lot, so make sure you checking it on a regular basis. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ [ Table of Contents] I. Report Card II. Interviewing (Updated) III. Interview Questions IV. Getting Promoted ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ I. [ Report Card ] By reading the title you may wonder, report card? Well it's pretty self explanatory, if you are needed to report someone in a situation you are frustrated about. You fill these questions out. Once it is filled out, you are to send it to Vice President + 1) Username of player: 2) Your Username: 3) Reasons for report: 4) Time of disruption: 5) Location: ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ II. [Interviewing] **Updated as of 4/13/2017** Any HR is allowed to host interviews at any given time. We will also have a schedule, it will be posted in the Interview's Center description. Here are some ground rules of interviewing in the Interview Center, it's so the place doesn't turn into complete chaos. To have a smooth system running, candidates will be numbered 1 - 100. The numbering system will help the interviewers decide who to interview next. For an example if you're not understanding, Number 1 will go first and once they're done, number 2 will go next and etc. If there is no number 2 then go to the next number. Pretty easy system to follow. This is very important when you're numbering players, so read carefully! When ### ###### players this should be in this certain format: Username: [Number]. It's a pretty simple format but will keep the interviewing place in order. You can number players by simply doing the command, ":name USERNAME (Format that was explained above)" If you can't number players properly, then you will be demoted almost instantly. HRs are suppose to be able to do this with ease. If you are still needing help, then someone who is experienced with interviewing can help. If you are interviewing and people have passed, you'll need to write down their names and what they applied for, then send it to UrbanNecessities. Also! This is very important if you shout that you are hosting interviews and you're done with interviews. You would have to shout the previous shouts. We've had a problem where people left their "hosting interviews" shouts and people were mistaken to join and no one to help them. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ III. [ Interview Questions ] [1] What position are you applying for? [2] Why do you want to become [The job they applied for] at TEA ®? [3] How do you think you could use your skills and abilities to benefit the environment and community of TEA ®? [4] What separates you from our other applicants? [5] Any work experiences? [6] How active are you on a scale from 1-10? [7] What is one strength you have, and what is one weakness you have? [8] Do you understand once you get a job, you will start as a trainee? [IMPORTANT] If you feel they have passed then PM UrbanNecessities! Pm their whole username and what job they applied for. If you feel they have failed the interview, then go ahead and tell them to try again next time. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ IV. [ Getting Promoted ] This is the golden question I get asked a lot, “How do I get promoted?” Since I told every HR that they'll start as a Board of Trustees. I only gave a brief reason on how to get promoted to the rank you originally applied for. Well here's a list. [1] You are doing an excellent job keeping the group in check! [2] You are contributing and giving ideas. [3] You seem experienced and professional. [4] You are interviewing lot's of people (I look at this the most. Ma#####e###o getting promoted.) [5] You are active almost everyday. [6] You answer any questions that newcomers might have. These 6 reasons are how I determine if you're ready to be promoted. Thanks from the TEA ® Staff.
