there should be a system made,
when there's someone really bugging you, such as making disrespectful messages and rude comments, you should black-list them.
yes, i know blocking users are allowed, but with blacklisting, you can;
-Never receive messages from the desired user
-Cannot follow you into a game whatsoever
-Cannot friend the desired user
-Cannot be followed
