Hello, Everyone, I am ImNotJxff or "iiOmq_Jeff" as my previous username. I have been recently selected for the New Assistant Commissioner Hand-pick elections.

I do believe I would be a well fit choice for one open position of
the Assistant Commissioner role because I do have what it takes to make TRC a better and more suitable group for everyone and have it's named be announced better than the past few years. In the past TRC Awards, I was given' the award of "most Active Chief Superintendent 2017". I have been in TRC for around 2-3 years and have gained much experience and knowledge from people that have come and gone which have taught me more to TRC then anyone exactly has. These people mainly include past HR's, HC's and SAC's. I gained my position as Superintendent on 12/18/16 and was very active at the time. I had been co-hosting whenever I was asked or told. I then took the role of Chief Superintendent as of 12/24/16 and from there on I have been a Chief Superintendent. As an Assistant Commissioner, I will be watching over and helping during trainings and even help the host whenever I am needed. As an Assistant Commissioner, I will prove myself worthy, trustable, and reliable as possible. Over time I have been helping and helping TRC officers do the right things during trainings or even in the cities of Rockport.
Over time of being in TRC, it has brought my activity up seeing the people that have been demoted due to inactivity as an AC or HR. At that I have been very active, hosting trainings whenever possible for me and getting things done the correct and most positive fashion. Changing and impacting a positive difference in TRC will be one of my main goals as a TRC Assistant Commissioner. Activity is a big thing and I can maintain that. Whenever I am needed, I am available.
In The past, I have seen abusers, sarcastic people, and more. But things like that must stop and need to be punished if acting up in certain ways. Of course, as we have no definitive way to "Stop Abuse" but we certainly may try to stop the word going around of corruption and that we do not teach our officers the proper things and do not discipline them. But the time for change is now.

As TRC being one of the biggest groups for a PD, we do not have a good look to others right now. We need that to change. TRC is to be Looking down upon other Departments and Dominating the game. That is why I am here today to help TRC develop more them before and gain a bigger name then before.
