Backstory: Always wanted to help people, he did this by being a scientist studying medicines. Then one day, he was struck by seemingly normal lightning from a storm, there was no particle accelerator, so how he got his speed is a mystery that still eludes him, as well as why his lightning is green. Knowledge of the speed force: hasn't even heard of it. He does his best to help people with his speed, and supports the flash as much as possible. 5. (As a kid, Lucas's parents thought nothing of him and abandoned him at a young age,e, a day later he was adopted by a kind scientist who was his father figure and the only father he had, The Scientist kindly took care of him while the scientist was building a machine for a superhero, Lucas recklessly ran through the machine and got himself stuck in the speed-force he went on a journey through the speed force to get back to the scientist who took care of him, When he finally returned he found the scientist dead in their home, This drove Lucas into depression and anxiety until a message from the scientist is delivered to him a month late The Letter tells him the identity of The Scientist's killer. He spent time as the Red Flare to find his only friend's killer only to find out that he was a s p e e d # # # # #)

He was an ordinary 14 year-old boy living in Central City (Prime Earth), until he was coming home from football practice and got affected by the Speed Force Storm. He wasn’t discovered by any of the cannon characters, he has stayed alone with both his parents and his sister Kristen, trying to control his powers on his own secretly with his sister. He has mastered his skills and his sister, who has mastered engineering, made Louis a suit. He started fighting crime and found other speedsters like him, and joined small team of speedsters. His sister came up with the name “The Volt”
5. What drives your character to be a hero or villain?
My character was raised well by his parents. He always thought that he was just a minor in this small world. He looked up to all the heroes that he has heard about and always wanted to be apart of the crime-fighting process. He always wanted to do more in his life, until he became is speedster is when he found his spark. He then knew what role he had to play in this world and that was becoming a hero, to protect those who need protecting. The love for his sister and parents drives him to be a hero.
