We will be changing a few things in II, such as: How we host trainings, where we host trainings, hosting other events, activity, and raiding/wars.
Firstly, for trainings, we will be hosting at the Fort and Meadows aswell, not just at the Holo. The Meadows will be used for divisions to use, aswell as scrimmage trainings, and/or a regular training. The Fort will be used for training on raiding, in other words, a PR. We can train with allies at the Fort or with our own members. I think we will do more soon.
Secondly, other events, easiest task EVER. Host more than just a training, PR, raid, and ect, okay? People won't keep being active if you don't host a few fun events every once in a while.
Thirdly, activity needs to RISE, not DROP. So, to help us get more activity, we will be hosting a recruitment session at Auto Duels (or AD) and GRP (Group Recruiting Plaza). Any HR not hosting a recruitment session will be spoken to, aswell if not active, and possibly DEMOTED. So please be active, if it helps, post "active" when we shout for Activity Checks.
For the Divisions, if any member is NOT in the main group, the training does not count for when we host trainings within it, it will only count for your own separate training, so tell all your members to join the main group.
Fourthly, and lastly, raiding/wars: We WILL be raiding, and we WILL be warring, maybe not NOW, but soon. So, we need to host a few PRs anyway, as said in the first part of this forum. We also need to strategize for when we have a raid or a war come up, aswell as BE ON TIME. If we can do this, we can win more.
