Welcome to the new SR Training Center handbook guide! This handbook will guide you through the steps of hosting an SR training! Please read each step carefully and make sure you fully understand each step! Message an HR if you are unsure! Thank you! Only Managers may host training sessions. -Supervisors, Interviewers, and Interviewers in Training are able to help out. Group Shout Format: [TRAINING SESSION] At (time)EST at the Training Center! Server will slock at start time! Trainees-Bar Tenders only! When the SR's arrive at the training center, tell them to stand shoulder to shoulder on the line that corresponds with the rank they are training for. For example, [SR] Trainees would line up on the [SR] Trainee to [SR] Receptionist rank! Make sure that all SR's know they can only train for one rank up. Supervisors, Interviewers, and Interviewers in Training will help out. Assign one leader and one co-leader to each line for each rank. For example, [SR] Bar Tender to [SR] Customer Service will have one leader and one co-leader. There can be more helpers depending on how many people are at the training. Make sure to use the command :setmessage to announce the time the trainings begin and the host that is hosting the trainings. The host and co-host line up on the line that says "Host and Co-Host" Executives can supervise trainings and stand on the "Supervisor(s) line in the lobby. Once training is going on; Group Shout: [Training] Slocked! Sorry if you could not make it! There will always be another one hosted soon! Dunkin' Donuts Recipe Guide: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=204086365 Start quick introductions, allowing each helper and leader to introduce themselves to the staff. Once introductions are completed, name each SR with the rank they are training for. For example, [SR] Trainee would be named [SR] Receptionist. Once the leaders, co-leaders, helpers, and SRs are named, tell each leader to bring their group to the right training room. For example, the leader leading the [SR] Trainee to [SR] Receptionist group would use the :bring (player) command to bring them through the door and into the training room. Reception Training: You will first ask each person you are training to state their intros. Next you will act as a Hotel Guest and ask for two regular orders and next you will test them on premium/premier rooms which they shouldn’t handout unless the customer has the game-pass t-shirt on, and if they get the task incorrect you will explain what they did wrong and what they need to do to make it correct. Than lastly you will do the troller test, you will act like a troller and spam. They will give you three warnings and then say “!help”. If they do not do so you tell them how to take care of a troller correctly. Make sure to test them a total of three times. If they pass the all three tests, named them "Passed". Tell them to sit and wait to for instructions. Bar Tender Training: You will first ask for your group to say their intros when you come up to them. Now you will ask for your group to make the orders you choose as if you are a customer. Remember there are five different orders. Each time they get an order right, name them the amount of points they receive and how much they had before so you can name them the total points they have. Remember that you give them 3 not-timed orders and two timed orders, they will have 50 second to complete the timed orders. Please also note that when you say the timed orders you do the “:hcountdown” command. For example: “Can I have a large iced espresso|:hcountdown 50.” Remember that you only use that command when doing timed orders. If they get 4/5 or above, they passed the training! Customer Service: Leaders will bring the customer service trainees into the training room and tell them to sit in the customer service seats. Leaders and helpers will go up to the trainees and pretend to be guests needing help. Each person gets test 3 times. If they pass, they get named "Passed" and can sit in the seat. They must pass all three tests to get ranked. Ranking Room: Once you have tested your trainees, bring them into the right ranking room. Rank those who passed and kicked those who failed with an explanation on why they failed the training. Kick all of your trainees once you are done. Questions: Go to the Question and Answer room and look for an HR. HR's can answer questions in those rooms. Once training has ended; Group Shout: [TRAINING] Over, congratulations to those who passed!
