I- Ranks
When doing events or special activities in RAR that have a chance of getting you promoted, you can only get promoted once a day. Once a soldier is promoted in one day, the host of the training is to report on the discord text channel "#promotions" the name of the people that have been promoted the day the training was hosted to make sure they are not promoted twice, any soldier caught lying will be demoted straight to Recruit on the spot.
II- Becoming an officer
When you reach the rank of Warrant Officer, you are to take a scheduled Officer Class and if you pass, you are promoted to Junior Lieutenant and you are to take a Officer Test and if you pass, you are earned a promotion to Lieutenant if you fail officer class or the officer test, you are to wait until you can take it again, and you are to take it until you pass.
III- Raids
People in raiding divisions are the only ones who can attend offensive raids, as of defensive raids people of the rank Efreitor+ only may attend defensive raids.
IV- Grammar is a huge requirement in the Red Army Republic in order to get to the rank of Junior Sergeant, you must have good grammar, and good maturity otherwise you may not pass the rank of Efreitor grammar is a meaning of Proper capitalizing, puncuations, periods, etc and faces are not allowed like "XD", ":(", ":)" stuff like that this is also a requirement for officers, officers found guilty of not using grammar, are to take a grammar test, if they fail, they are to be demoted to Warrant Officer.
V- Divisions
You are only allowed to be in one raiding division at a time divisions like MP, NKVD etc that are not attack divisions, you can only be in two at a time, if you are found in more of any catagory of those two, you are given 24 hours to leave one of those divisions, or you will be exiled from all your divisions, and demoted to Recruit.
VI- Court Marshal
Court marshal's are for officer's only and they are intended if an officer is guilty of a Military crime, or corruption if you think an officer is doing something wrong by these means, they are to be reported to the Vice or main marshal of the Military Police, Court marshals are not allowed to be placed on Warrant Officer and below.
VII- Phrases
You are not forced to know all Russian language, but you are expected to know simple words of Russian

Da- Yes
Nyet- No
Poka- Bye
Yes, sir- Da, ser.
If you are an enlisted (Sergeant Major and below) or a NCO (Warrant Officer), you are to call anyone of the rank Junior Lieutenant or higher "Ser" anyone of the rank below Junior Lieutenant you are to call them by their Military rank
Example
General: Are you a private?
Private: Da, ser.
Sergeant: Are you a private?
Private: Da, sergeant.
VIII- Retirement
If you wish to retire from Red Army Republic, you are to request in the discord text channel "#RetirementRequest" and request your retirement and wait until it is accepted. Once it is accepted, you are free to leave the Red Army Republic, and can receive your rank back anytime unless you were a General of the Army you would receive General, if you leave without permission or your retirement request is rejected, and you decide to leave anyways, you will be exiled from RAR and Permanently banned from all places of RAR. |
