Why post count does matter

Many of us think post count does not matter, it's just a number and doesn't take into account any other accounts used by the person to post. But i think it does matter and here is why; It shows you are an active member of the forums and most likely do not get banned, so kinda loyal. Differentiates a noob from those that have experience with the forums. Every rose has its thorn.

I appreciate how high quality of a post you just made. I wish everything in the Off Topic Sub Forum was this detailed. "It shows you are an active member of the forums and most likely do not get banned, so kinda loyal. Differentiates a noob from those that have experience with the forums." I feel as if there are some noobs that have quite a large amount of posts but, most of them are crappy. I really don't know why people care, it's sad that they do.

see the theory is higher amount of posts = you get how foruming works and your post quality increases in practice it's just a bunch of trashposters posting trash forever

@UnrealizedPotential Well i understand that, i think you have to make your own judgments on every person For example, some people truly are spam posters, or bots to get a high post count And the quality of what they post in the future is very bad. Others may have a low post count but are not bad posters, they are just new to the forums or made a new account to post on. You gotta make your judgments and see how to respond Every rose has its thorn.
