The 243. Infanterie-Division Manual Handbook will cover most of the information you need to know about the group. The rules in the handbook are to be followed at all times while wearing 243. Infanterie-Division Uniforms or if you're within 243. Infanterie-Division premises.
While you're in uniform or In a group premise, you're directly representing the group and it's might, Being immature or careless with the title is prohibited. Failure to keep up with rules of the Manual will result in a Demotion.

[Section 1]: Rules and RegulationsThe Following rules and regulations are to be followed at all times while wearing a 243. Infanterie-Division Uniform or being in a 243. premise. Failure to follow the rules will likely lead to demotion or termination from the group.
1: All soldiers within the 243. are to refer to their superiors/higher ranking members as "Sir" or "Ma'am" at all times. This is done to show your uttermost respect to the higher-ranking members.
2: When you're wearing the 243. uniform, you're to be on your best discipline and behavior. While wearing the uniform, you're representing the 243.
3: All units within the 243. to use proper grammar at all times. You're highly recommended that you try your best to you use grammar at all times, this is done to show a decent amount of maturity.
4: You're to follow a high ranks order when it is given, you're in no position to disobey. You may only disobey their orders if, and ONLY if, their order is going against an rule and regulation.
5: All 243. members are to try their best at events or patrol sessions. If caught slacking off at an official event, you will be possibly removed from the event if not punished.
6: VIP commands are strictly forbidden in the 243. without the permission from a senior officer, if you're caught using VIP commands without permission you will be warned and if you're caught again, you will face punishment.
7: Only Hauptmann+ may host training's, a Feldwebel+ is allowed to host a training in order to get promoted, but only with the supervision of a Hauptmann+
8: If a high rank is inactive without any notice AND a good reason, there's a chance that he/she might get demoted.
9: Packages and large, silly hats are STRICTLY forbidden in the group. If caught wearing one in 243. premises, you will be asked to take it off and you will be given a warning. If you continue wearing the hat/package, you will be demoted.
10: Insulting fellow 243. members is prohibited, Talking to a Higher-ranking member with disrespect is punishable.
11: You're to be in the correct uniform at all times when within a 243. premise. Buying a uniform that does not go with your rank is ONLY allowed if you are donating to the group. If you cannot purchase your own uniform, you will be given one in game.
12: Exploiting is highly punishable, If spotted exploiting: You will be Exiled and Permanently banned from the 243. and it's premises

[Section 2]: Ranks and Promotions
The Ranks that are within 243. Infanterie-Division and how to get specific Ranks. (Notice) During the end of the training's, The hoster of the training is allowed to promote MAX 5 people for 1 rank (with a good reason). The only way a person can rank-skip is with the permission of the General Staff.
Schutze: Join the 243. Infanterie-Division
Gefreiter - Feldwebel: Attend trainings and other events
Feldwebel - Feldwebel-leutnant: Host trainings or patrols under supervision of a Hauptmann+
Kadett: Successfully pass a CO test.
Kadett - Oberst: Show leadership skills, and host several events such as Trainings or Patrol.

When shouting for an event, training or a rally, You have to use the TAGS at the start of your sentence:
[Training] - Signifies a Training
[Achtung] - Signifies an Important piece of information
[Notice] - Signifies a Notice
[Annoucement] - Signifies a General Message to Everyone
[RAID] - Signifies a Raid / Attack
[Meeting] - Signifies a Meeting
[Reminder] - Signifies a Reminder
[Rally] - Signifies a Rally
Do not over-shout without the permission of the person who's shout is currently up. It is considered over-shouting if you shout within the 1 hour after someone else shout was put up. The only way you can break this rule is to ask the current shouters or an officer's permission to over-shout. When you're shouting about a place (A rally,training or a patrol) be sure to mention the place's name or a link.
If you have finished hosting a training or a rally, you make sure you shout that the training has ended.
When shouting-out about a meeting, which is organized and done by a Senior officer or above, be sure to include information about the meeting.

[Section 4]: Punishments and Degrees
When a person breaks a rule, an officer or above is allowed to give out appropriate punishments following the Punishments and Degrees section. These are the degrees of punishments a player can receive:
[Tear 1]: First warning
[Tear 2]: Second warning (Last warning)
[Tear 3]: A ban from the server / Temporary cool-down
[Tear 4]: Demotion for 1 Rank
[Tear 5]: Demotion for 3 Ranks
[Tear 6]: Demotion to Rekrut / 1 week ban from training premise
[Degenerate Degree]: Exile and permanent ban from all 243. premises
It is important that officers and above give appropriate punishments for actions that go against the rules. Failure to give appropriate punishments is punishable itself.
(Notice): Anyone caught exploiting is to be punished by the Degenerate Degree.
