// INTRODUCTION //
As employees of the Federation Admission, keep standards and work hard. All employees of the Federation Admission need to read and memorize this document thoroughly. As inspectors of the Federation, your role focuses on the booth and processing applicants. Your role does not focus on securing the checkpoint overall. You are to ensure the worst stay out, and only let in obedient and rule-followers in.
You are granted a higher rank than low rank military members, but if you abuse the permissions, Admission HR’s will see your removal in a matter of time. If you are caught not doing your job, (allowing all applicants in illegally, RKing, joining the bolshevik team when no one is in Admissions, false reporting, etc), Admissions will see to your exile as well.

// GENERAL RULES //
[1] If your current rank is “Labour Lottery” or “awaiting Verification”, you cannot team yourself to Admissions without permission from a Senior Inspector and above.
[2] As of now, foreigners and citizens require an entry permit and a citizen passport. Citizen passports are distinguishable by having a brown cover with yellow across it. Fake passports are red and look like a four year old drew on the cover. Permits are an MoA citation that are pink. NOTE: If an applicant presents a permit and shows you their passport without giving it to you, are automatically to be denied. They require to give a permit and passport.
[3] On the outside of each passport when not given through the booth system, shows red passports are citizen, blue passports are fake.
[4] This game does have a roleplay concept to ensure only the most competent are allowed in. Once a passport and a permit are presented to you via the booth, you must ask questions like “Reason for entry?”, “Duration of stay?”, “Gender?”, etc.
[5] If it is necessary, you are allowed to shoot people through the booth’s glass slit. As of 2.0+ in Papers, please, the detain tool has been removed to prevent abuse. You are permitted to order guards to kill disobedient applicants if they are nearby. The easiest way to order guards is to use the “Alert!” button which is distinguished as red.
[6] Based on the previous rule, all applicants are given the option to leave when denied. If they refute or do not listen, you may ask guards to use force or do it yourself. Once again, you can use the “Alert!” button for this.
[7] If applicants enter the booth through the wrong side and ask to leave the IRF, have them show their passport and let them leave. This should not be technically happening, since the booth is a one way entry to the IRF. Therefore, you are authorized to kill if they enter this way.
[8] If people peek through window slots you can close the windows. Closing windows are to prevent them from shooting at you from outside of the booth. This also gives privacy for the inspector to do their job. It is recommended to not let the window open, but open it occasionally to see what is happening outside the booth.

// CODE OF CONDUCT //
[1] All staff are required to be strict and unbiased as can be. This is a border, not a convenience store.
[2] You are to use utmost grammar and maturity in your work, at all times. Poor grammar embarrasses the Federation Admission and thus, can get you demoted or exiled.
[3] Allowing illegal activities into the Federation or conspiring against it will lead to severe consequences and possibly exile.
[4] You are given privileges, your tools, abuse will lead to exile.
[5] You should always Maintain the booth’s internal security, even if there are no guards present inside the booth.
[6] When providing responses it should be similar to the examples provided in the Scenarios section.
[7] It is crucial to close all doors behind you, this includes entrances to the booth and the entrance to Admissions HQ.
[8] As a representative of the Federation, it is important to wear a uniform. If you have insufficient funds, contact someone who has enough.
[9] Asking for a promotion, whether it private or public, will result in a demotion on the spot. If you are eager to rank up, don’t bother officers about it. It is rude and impolite.
[10] If caught wearing a Chief hat, when not a Chief inspector or higher, you will be punished. This hat is identifiable with green stripes and the fact that the front is facing skyward.
[11] If caught wearing an Admissions Officer hat, when not a Head Inspector or higher, you will be punished. This hat is identifiable with red stripes with the shape of an ordinary cap.

[Inspector] Inspector clicks “NEXT!” button, and an applicant enters.
[Inspector] Inspector clicks “PAPERS, PLEASE” button.
[Actions] Applicant reveals a red passport and permit.
[Inspector] Inspector asks questions such as “Username?”, “Carrying any firearms?” “Reason for entry?”, “Duration of stay?”
[Actions] Applicant gives invalid/ridiculous answers.
[Inspector] Inspector checks answers, answers are invalid to be able to pass through.
[Inspector] Inspector then says, “Your answers are invalid to be able to go through the border."
[Inspector] Inspector proceeds and presses the “DENIED” stamp and asks the applicant to leave.

// OTHER //
[*] People that are “Labour Lottery” are people who have sent an application and have joined Admissions discord. Their application has been approved. In order to become an inspector, they must go through the following process.
[1] They will be background checked for discrepancies to make sure they are in no other ministry, (e.g. Military), and if they are in Ezic.
[2] A. Organize with an Senior Inspector+ who has the “Trainer” role for a 1-on-1 training.
B. Attend a mass training (hosted every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.)
You are required to know most sections of this document when questioned in training.
[3] If successful, they will obtain the “Apprentice Inspector” rank and will now be official employees of the Federation Admissions.
[*] All other ranks in the Federation Admissions are earned through hard work, dedication, activity, and overall efficiency. They are handed out through the Deputy Director, Director, and Minister of Admissions. You may also attend mass trainings to be ranked up. If any people don’t follow directions or “troll”, they will be punished accordingly.
