Greetings all Family members and outsiders alike. As you may know, or not, I recently became the new Godfather for the Smith's and with that come's a new set of rules and restrictions. I will briefly go over a few requirements, but the rest of them - not mentioned here - should be common sense. This post will cover several Smith Family related things, so please read thoroughly. We shall begin.
Article I - Rules and Requirements:
1. You must not RK any individual, at any time, unless instructed to by a High Rank. A loyal High Rank should never request this of you, however, circumstances can affect this.
2. Whilst at London, you should be in full dress code. We have suit morphs at spawn, so please use them. If you're not in uniform, you are subject to punishment. You may wear any 1940's style suits, if appropriate.
3. Spawn killing will never be tolerated. Severe punishments will come with this.
4. Respect your fellow Family members, they should be treated how you wish to be treated yourself. All ranks should be treated equally; this doesn't mean you can disobey orders provided by a High Rank, however.
5. Do not deliberately cause any arguments, conflicts, wars, or anything for that matter. If you're provoked, try not to act, instead, record (using F12) and send the footage to Leo_Mercenary.
Article II - War Rules:
1. War's may only be officialised by the Godfather, or any High Ranking London member, such as the King or Prime Minister.
2. Do not attempt to start Gang Wars, only High Ranking members may do this
3. During a War, the enemy may be killed on sight, but if they yield, do NOT harm them.
4. Once a War has finished, another War may not begin, until at least after 96 hours after the previous one.
5. A standard War should last a few hours, to a few days. No longer.
Article III - Ranks:
1. Ranks can be earned through multiple ways. These include activity, skill, tryouts or training.
2. Free Ranking of any sort will not be tolerated. If caught Free Ranking, you will be demoted, or exiled.
3. If an Admin Attack takes place, please DM a High Rank, stating your correct rank. If you are caught trying to change your rank, you will be demoted.
4. Only certain Medium Ranks and High Ranks may hand out promotions/demotions. If any member under these ranks impersonates a Higher Rank, please record and send the evidence to Leo_Mercenary.
5. Ranks can be earned through Wars, however highly unlikely.
6. High Ranks will be specially given to those who have experience in the Family, have demonstrated talent, and have been active.
Article IV - Rules of Engagement:
1. You may only fire upon a person if they have done any of the following;
Insulted a member of the Family (Has to be a drastic insult),
Attacked you beforehand,
In Wars, all enemies may be killed,
If we're put on KoS and raided for any reason, you're permitted to fight back,
They cross the line on HoP.
Article V - Assassination Rules:
1. An assassination may only happen if it is allowed by either the Godfather or Consigliere.
2. Assassination attempts should not happen to the following people;
The Judge(s),
The King,
The Prime Minister,
The Royal Family,
And any other High Ranking Government Officials.
Article VI - Owned Properties:
Currently our only owner facility is the Mansion, however, we may take the Bar soon. This doesn't mean you cannot enter the Bar, just try not to tell anyone that we own it - when we don't.
