Text Box Missing

So I was playing a game on Roblox when I types '/' to type the text box popped up then disappeared. I don't know what happened but I can't bring it back up by typing '/' or pressing the chat icon.

I somehow fixed it by spamming '/' if this helps you then you are welcome!

I think chat bubble is disabled by the developer
