You get a promotion by simply being ranked in the leader board. The higher the rank you are in the leader board the higher the chance of being promoted. Everything is counted in Ice Cubes. No not real Ice cubes, its just the point system we use. The more Ice the cubes you get the more you get to the next rank.
Ranked 500 or lower = 2 Ice Cubes
Ranked 300 or lower = 4 Ice Cubes
Ranked 150 or lower = 6 Ice Cubes
Ranked 50 or lower = 8 Ice Cubes
Ranked 10 or lower = 10 Ice Cubes

Here are all the ranks and how many points you have to earn to rank up in the group.
Tier IV = 0 Ice Cubes
Tier III = 15 Ice Cubes
Tier II = 30 Ice Cubes
Tier I = 60 Ice Cubes
Officer = 100 Ice Cubes
The rest of the ranks are obtained by trust.
