1. Have all cadets fall in on Parade square in Charlie's for Training opening.
2. Report in.
3. Assign Squad leaders, and Squad Assistants.
4. Quiz them on faces and march around doing synchronized turns.
5. F##l####ets back in
6. One at a time cadets will come to Instructor Square and introduce themselves
7. March Cadets into Classroom
8. Teach cadets Leadership and what to do as an officer such as Duties as an officer, Responsibilities as an officer and examples of Recruits not obeying and what to do then quiz them. (Like a DIS).
9. Test each cadet on what they learned so far (ranks, chain of command, basic combat knowledge)
10. March Cadets out to Parade Square.
11. One at a time have each cadet come up and tell everyone why they want to become an Officer. (must be in depth and perfect grammar) score the reason why they want to be an officer by /10 then give them an inspection of basic knowledge. (They must get at least 4/6 Q###t#########a## ####inspection)
12. Tell cadets to fall out one at a time and get on Dress Blues
13. Conduct Ending Ceremony, and conduct the OATH OF ENLISTMENT where they will say their oath to be active and to properly do their duties as an officer.
14. Promote those with highest test scores to O1 unless told otherwise by a superior officer Those with 4/6 on the inspection and 9/10 on the grammar test will pass.
