Add the ability to use images in the forums

We can use decals instead of uploading the images ourselves, that way, it can be more moderated. I’ll have two number 9s, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45s, one with cheese, and a large soda.

I haven't went into in-depth details on how the image system should work, so anyways, I bet you have uploaded a decal to roblox, and when you do, Roblox moderators have to look at it before it actually "exists" on roblox. They could do the same sort of filtering system with the forum images too! There. Problem solved. <;)
