Hello, DPD officers, cadets, HR's, and others. I am Jacksolget currently HR Superintendent and Chief of AC. I am officially announcing myself running for Assistant Chief of DPD and I hope this can convince you why you should #Support this forum. I started in Late 2015, as a Cadet from which I worked my way up to commander, from there I focused on gaining HR until the recent reforms from which everyone was reset to cadet.
After the reforms, I decided I will re-work my way through the ranks being the THIRD Commander and gaining HR shortly after by the Handpick. My desire is to stop as much abuse as I can and as AC, I can hopefully fix that to the best of my ability.

My plans are good and will help DPD in different ways. I will list some below.
-Properly training Superintendents | In my opinion, this is the vital key to making sure officers are non-abusive and know their role in Docklands. I will reach out of my way to make sure every Superintendent is trained to the best of their ability in training officers. And discuss firing the Superintendents with the DC's/Chief's who fail to train. This will not only fix a lot of abuse within Docklands but ensure all Superintendents are up to the job.
-Patrol Training | To make sure, each officer is trained properly, I will be hosting weekly patrol training (1-2 a week) from which officers will be able to gain promotions like normal training.
-Suggestions | If I get AC I will make sure to bring up what you suggest with a DC+ this makes sure that you have a voice in DPD.

You should pick me because Im willing to fulfill this role I also have many great plans (listed above) and im active and dedicated to DPD. I plan to try to fix Abuse to the best of my ability. Im experienced (Experiences listed in next section) and can be strict to a full level. (Sorry for short section)
