How do I fix my chat?

Everytime I try to talk it doesn't come up with the mini speech bubble... it comes up in the chat top left, but only I can see it for others it just says "---" and it also says my chat is slow help please?

Its Not Because Of The Router.Roblox Is Currently Undergoing Issues.I have the same problem and I messaged Roblox.They replied me Back'We are aware about this issue,Our Company Is Working on Fixing this issue'and Yes Its Gonna take a lot of time Okay?
