Bring back Friends + Best Friends

I liked it when you can have an unlimited amount of friends and a few best friends, but there should be a twist for friends + best friends. It should be that only Best Friends can talk to you by chat and Friends can pm you.

I would only support about the best friend thingy. Thats the one that should be brought back here.
