SECTION ONE // WHAT THE MARSHALS SERVICES DOES
The primary purpose of the US Marshals is too effectively run Fugitive Operations as well as protecting the court, transporting federal prisoners and protecting endangered federal witnesses. We operate worldwide in the interests of the United States.
All in all, the United States Marshals Services is the most versatile law enforcement agency in the United States, under the Department of Justice, the USMS does many operations and has jurisdiction in all domestic parts (all) of the United States.

SECTION TWO // ACCEPTANCE INTO THE MARSHALS SERVICES
To gain entry into the elite Marshals Services, these are the methods of entering:

SECTION THREE // RULES AND DISCIPLINE
Discipline In General:
Everyone in the USMS must refer to their superiors as "Sir" or "Ma'am" or you refer to them by there rank "Director". Even HRs must refer to superior HRs as "Sir" or "Ma'am". TERMS : Yes, Affirmative, Understood/ No, Negative EXAMPLE : Affirmative, Director. / Negative, Director.
Respect is a key element to the functionality of any group. As such, USMS members are expected to be respectful to everyone else in the USMS, especially their superiors. Respect involves politeness and the acceptance of differences. USMS members may not always get along, but that is no excuse to be disrespectful.
For trainings:
USMS members must follow the orders given to them during trainings. You are to refer to the trainer as "Sir" or "Ma'am" at all times. Disrespecting the trainer makes you liable to be removed from the training and further disciplinary action may be taken#####R##s###fit.
Admin commands at trainings are to be used with utmost discretion. No matter what rank you are, you may NOT use admin commands during a training without the trainer's stated approval. You may NOT use an excessive amount of admin commands for any reason. HRs are prohibited to give any lower rank admin.
Abuse in-game will NOT be dealt with in the USMS. If you are found abusing you will either be suspended for a long period of time or you will be fired.

SECTION FOUR // RANK DESCRIPTIONS
These are the rank descriptions, these say what each rank is, quite literally the description of it.
Deputy Marshal: A Deputy Marshal is the first rank in USMS, and the probationary members of USMS. They are on strict ruling and messing up will get them fired, but DM's (Deputy Marshals) are here to learn the ways of USMS. Deputy Marshals can get promoted from ###### ####### by going to a training.
####### ######## Junior Marshals have proved their worth to USMS and have passed their first training. Junior Marshals are still somewhat in-training, but are almost there to earn their rank of Marshal. Junior Marshals get promoted by going to a training AND passing a final exam by Chief of Staff+. The Chief of Staff+ must be in the training server, and after the Juni######s#######pletes and passes their training, the Chief of Staff+ will ask them some simple questions and test them on a combat session.
Marshal: Marshals are the general “operative, agent” of USMS. These members are greatly trained and have passed their JM ####### ######## exam, and two+ trainings. Marshals are called in to almost anything, as said before they are the general associates of USMS.
Supervisory Marshal: Supervisory Marshals supervise all ranks below them while in-game, although Supervisory Marshals are still considered low ranks. Supervisory Marshals should be an exam to the other Marshals.
Marshal In-Charge: A Marshal In-Charge is a medium rank in USMS. Usually, if no other higher rank is in the server, a Marshal In-Charge will be in charge of that servers Supervisory Marshals and below. Supervisory Marshals and Marshals In Charge should work together to maintain an efficient server.
Judicial Security Unit: The Members of the Judicial Security Unit are the Security Officers of the courts. JSU Members are commanded by there Unit Commander, who is a member of the Board of Directors. JSU members are also allowed to regularly patrol.
Special Operations Unit: The Members of the Special Operations Unit are the most tactically trained members of USMS. Meaning, these members specialize in tactical operations. (Guns, etc.) These members are called in from USMS when the other Marshals etc. need tactical backup. Members of SOU are allowed to patrol normally, and their Unit Commander is a member of the Board of Directors.
Fugitive Task Force: Members of FTF (Fugitive Task Force) are specially trained in hunting down fugitives, such as AOS/FP, Fugitives, and most wanted criminals etc. Members of FTF are headed by a Unit Commander who is a member of the Board of Directors, and FTF members are allowed to patrol normally.
Administrative Cabinet: The Administrative Cabinet is reserved for representatives such as DOJ Officials, etc.
Board of Directors: Members of the Board of Directors are hand-picked by the Director and/or Deputy Director. Members of the Board have an administrative task, or are a Unit Commander of JSU, SOU, or FTF.
Executive Deputy Director: The Executive Deputy Director is either chosen by the Director and/or Deputy Director. The EDD is the 4ic of the USMS and controls all ranks below, as well as assists the Deputy Director.
Executive Director: The Executive Director is hand-picked by the Director ONLY. The Executive Director controls all ranks below, and is the 3ic of USMS. The ED (Executive Director) also assists the Director.
