My scroll wheel doesnt work on roblox web?

When I try to scroll down on the roblox website, it wont work? It works perfectly fine on other websites and in game, but not on the roblox website? Why is this?

also i can still do that trick of holding down on the scroll wheel and moving my cursor but i dont wanna have to do that permanently
