Recently, we have been targeted by staff of AirAmerica for potentially "exploiting them" as an airline. This statement is to clarify these claims and to reduce confusion and conflict.
I, Dev7E7 as the Chief Executive Officer of California Pacific Airlines, am not aware about any exploits against AirAmerica or any other airlines that involve members or staff of California Pacific Airlines, nor have ordered members of my airlines to exploit AirAmerica or any other airline, and refuse to order any member of my airline to exploit AirAmerica or any other airline in the future.
The claims that California Pacific Airlines exploits other airlines are not only false, but are also sad to an extent considering our independent/neutral status within the Aviation Community. As an airline, we do not have enemies nor do we have DIRECT competitors. However, we are still an active airline who do indirectly compete with other airlines in our class. This does not mean that we exploit these airlines to get ahead, nor do we in any way advert messages to harm other airlines.
To come back to AirAmerica, they are not in our class of airlines, as they are significantly larger than California Pacific. We have no reason to compete with or exploit AirAmerica, nor do we condone exploiting at all, yet AirAmerica has decided to blame California Pacific Airlines for the fact that they are being exploited and exploit us back. I'm going to be honest, I did not know about AirAmerica until Late March-Early April and didn't pay them any mind until this situation became a problem.
(I do apologize for jumping back and forth between topics.)
The situation actually started when an AirAmerica employee came to our flights (CPA) and started to insult some of our (CPA) staff and began to advertise for AirAmerica. This situation was left alone and we (CPA) chose to move on. Following this incident, the same staff member followed us to the group recruiting plaza and begin to bother our (CPA) staff. The owner of AirAmerica joined, and I asked him if he can tell the staff member bothering us to stop bothering us and advertising at our flights and he said sure he will tell him not to. At the following flight, the employee, another employee, and the owner of AirAmerica joined and begin spamming stuff like #CPAisdead, CPAisgay and other stuff like thi They were immediately banned, but rejoined on multiple alternate accounts. At the same time, they attacked the CPA ##### and Discord by adding tons of people and spamming.g. It was only after we had dealt with a full attack from AirAmerica staff that I was told: "(User) Exploited one of our very important flights and thats our revenge." Following this I asked him why they took it out on California Pacific and I was told that (User) was a "big part of the airline" when (User) was a brand new First Officer with under 1 hour flight time with us. Following this claim, an investigation has been launched into (user) to find any evidence of (user) exploiting the AirAmerica, yet no evidence has been provided as of today. I was also told that because we "barely get passengers and we want to make your airline suffer." I am not sure if by we this AirAmerica staff member was speaking for AirAmerica or for something else, but considering that he was the one who began to bother us, I will have to assume he is speaking for AirAmerica when he says "we."
I wrote this statement to clarify what I believe is going on right now between California Pacific and AirAmerica, and to make clear that CPA does not condone exploiting and will never condone it. I do apologize if some parts don't make sense and if you have any questions feel free to PM me and I will try to clarify even more.
