CHAPTER I:
Introduction
Gallantry is a clan based on community, unity, and morality. In the past, we have proved that anyone that stands in our way will be incinerated. Together, nothing can stop us or get in our way.
If you are new to Gallantry, please read the following contents below to get you started as a soldier.
Chapter II: Ranking System
In this chapter, there will be a basic runthrough of all the ranks in Gallantry.
1. Cadet
The lowest of the low. You are new, and haven't proved yourself worthy of becoming an official soldier of Gallantry. Purchase the uniform to be promoted to Infantry.
2. Infantry
You are now an official soldier of Gallantry. However, you are still new, and you must prove yourself worthy of being promoted to Trooper
3. Trooper
You are beginning to emerge yourself as a dedicated soldier of Gallantry. To be promtoed to Scout, you must begin proving yourself through extended amount of events and such.
4. Scout
If you made it to scout, you are recognized as a dedicated, loyal soldier of Gallantry. Lower ranks begin to look up to you as an experienced soldier.
5. Corporal
The final low rank. You have proven that you are ready to enter the middle ranks of Gallantry, which is much harder to get through. Good work, soldier!
MIDDLE RANKS:
6. Sergeant
You have emerged yourself as a middle rank. Low ranks begin to look up to you as a role model. Only the most loyal soldiers work their ways up to this rank.
7. Lieutenant
In this rank, lower ranks begin addressing you as "Sir" or "Ma'am", as you have proved yourself loyal and worthy of such a position.
8. Captain
You begin training to become an Officer in Training, as you observe high ranks and have a test conducted by a Colonel+ to becoming a Major.
9. M##o#####You are now recognized as an officer in training. Once you achieve this permission, you have earned yourself officer tags on Discord and you may now host [supervised] training which can be supervised by a Colonel+ Good work!
HIGH RANK:
10. Colonel
You are now part of the Gallantrian HICOM and you may have your own apprentice (refer to chapter 4) to look up to you. You may now host training without supervision.
11. General
Hand-picked by the Council and promoted officially by the Imperator, Generals are the most loyal officers of Gallantry. If you reach this rank, consider it a privilege.
COUNCIL, IMPERATOR, AND OVERSEER:
12. Council
Hand-picked by the Imperator himself and the pinnacle of any Gallantrian soldier's career. These 5 members are head of departments/divisions and are truly the backbone of the group. They require votes from the Imperator himself and keep the group moving
13. Imperator
Leader of Gallantry. Him and his council are regarded as the true leaders of the group.
14. Overseer
Holder of Gallantry. Can remove an Imperator's position if he turns the group into an absolute dictatorship and begins going powerhungry.

Chapter III: Rules, Morals, and Discipline
Basic rules of Gallantry are found in this chapter.
1. Always treat fellow soldiers, allies, and even hostiles with your utmost respect.
2. Refer to a Lieutenant+ as "Sir" or "Ma'am"
3. At an official event, you are expected to give your undivided attention to the host of the event.
4. At a raid/defense, always stay in teamchat. The only person authorized to talk out of teamchat is the raid leader.
5. Always wear your respective uniform at ALL times while on duty
Anyone breaking this rule can go to OblivionReality [acting disciplinary head] with valid proof so she can take action.
You may also go to a Colonel+ with proof and they will be forwarding it to any disciplinary official in the group.

CHAPTER IV: Apprentice Program
The Apprentice Program is a new program brought to Gallantry to help lower ranks look onto the higher ranks as personal rolemodels/idols. Any member of the HICOM (Colonel+) is able to pick TWO lower ranked apprentices to privately train together and look up to the mentor.

CHAPTER V: High Rank Handbook

High ranks are required to host often and limit inactivity to a minimum at times. It is understood if you have school work, sports, or any extracurricular activities, but please be sure to remind a Council+ of your inactivity.
Colonels and Generals are also entrusted with the responsibility of being supervisors of Majors whenever they want to host a training. They are also responsible for giving Lieutenants a trial training for a test to Major.
Any disrespect towards a lower rank of any sorts, no matter the severity, is indefinitely going to get you suspended or removed from your position as high rank.
