As an employee at Sushi Gardens, there are a few requirements, that our high ranks expect you to follow. If you have been caught missing a requirement, you will be warned, and if you have not fixed your mistake, you will get removed out of the team.

As an employee at Sushi Gardens we expect you to always use proper grammar at every Sushi Gardens facilities, no matter if you were talking to a friend, or you were taking a break, you will need to use grammar in and out of your job as long as you're at a Sushi Gardens facility.

Another important section, we have a very strict dressing policy for Sushi Gardens workers. You are not required to wear the employee uniform, since you will automatically wear it when you get into the kitchen, or the reception area, however you will need to keep your character as professional as possible. We would prefer using the 1.0 package (No package at all), and a secondary choice would be the 2.0 package, with an appropriate shirt, and a pant.

The last section, we expect our workers to treat each others, including their co-workers, highers and even customers with respect. Here at Sushi Gardens we want to provide a fair and a respectful community, to make it an attractive community. And to be able to achieve that, we will be relying on our workers.
