BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF DOCKLANDS CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: In real congress, and in most states, this is the more realistic event that will occur. I believe Docklands shall start doing this as well.
SECTION 1: This will make it, whenever the Speaker of the Assembly is Impeached, Resigns, or takes on another role in the Government, the Speaker Pro Tempore will be elected into office as the Speaker of the Assembly.
SECTION 1A: The Assembly Majority Leader shall take over as Speaker Pro Tempore.
SECTION 1B: There shall be a new Assembly Majority Leader chosen.
SECTION 3: The Docklands State Assembly will change in the roles, and will keep changing every-time it’s needed.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall be in effect immediately once signed.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
