Can't play games after downloading! Help!

I wanna play Phantom Forces with my friends, but then the "Download" window pops up after I already downloaded it. I download it (I'm on Chrome, Windows ### and then it sends me to Microsoft Edge! No problem, it may be a little laggy, but it works. Then it asks me to download it again! So I download it, and it sends me to a new page! I then repeat the process over and over, but it keeps on looping! Please tell me if it's my PC and what to do to fix this, or please fix this bug! All I wanted to do was play Phantom Forces with my friends. ;-;

If it shows any signs of saying "configuring" just turn off anti-virus, let it update, then turn it back on. If not, then idk.

The prompt of download happens to EVERYONE after they click 'play' try waiting for a bit and roblox.player should open.

1. Turn your anti-virus off for a bit 2. Shutdown your computer 3. Press 'Play' on a game and it should show 'Downloading ROBLOX'.
