Heyo heres something you could do besides trainings raids and gamenights lol
Recruitment sessions. Get everyone in uniform, get in a party and go to a front page game. Walk around, look formidable, and get the wee little noobs to see how awesome and disciplined you are and convince them to join your ranks. I could bet that every single one of us as a 10 year old was in complete awe when we saw all those dudes standing in line with uniforms, bring it to them.

vip recruiting is good but most of the members are inactive because people vip recruit with tycoons :3

doesnt matter
vip recruiting, in terms of the members that do take interest in clans, can bring in a larger amount of people than any other current method
so while you'll have inactives, you'll also be bringing in new members to the clan world that will eventually venture out to other/"better" clans |

true but people need to stop vip recruiting with tycoons and start vip recruiting with recruitment centers or even just a lore related game because it would work better
like i think ls was gonna make a prison game like prison life where ls are the guards but idk what happened to that, would have worked well

vip recruitment can benefit the entire community by bringing in people new to the genre. and even if 1/50 stay. That's still improvement. Say, 500 people join from the VIP recruitment. That's still 10 new members to the community. |

sure those things may be better, but they can in no way bring in as many people as the other types of vip recruitment (we've seen many recruitment centers, but none make front page in the modern day or have as many members as it needs to have)
tycoons, or front page type of games in general, are really productive
you'll get inactives, sure, but by having such a large amount of people coming into the clan world, there will be people that do become interested (and it is my belief that this method brings in more active members than any other current method) |

yeah thats an issue with vip recruiting, but the sheer amount of people that vip recruiting brings in will still produce new clan members, just at a slower pace than a clan that "effectively" vip recruits
over the last few years, i think onur has done the best with incorporating those members into the clan itself. the clan longevity or other things are different topics, but hes generally been pretty good with bringing people in |
