As you all may know, promotions were to only be given on Sunday ceremonies. However, due to our rapid growth, there is a demand to fill in position within the army. Therefore, promotions will now be given after events such as line battles, military exercises, etc. However, it is not guaranteed promotions will be given those to attend. Meaning attendance does not mean promotion. Adept abilities and characteristics are still desired among enlisted but, the only difference is promotions will now be given at a faster rate. As for officers, promotions for Ensign+ will be given in a ceremony on Sundays. This includes any NCO who has passed their exam to be an Ensign. Enlisted men may be given promotions on Sundays as well. ►The ceremony on Sundays should take place at Ten O' Clock in the morning (Eastern Time Zone). Promotions within the officer ranks that must occur immediately will happen with approval of the Field Marshal or Secretary of War. Yet, a ceremony will still be held for those that have been assigned to a new rank. Recommendations for promotions may be provided by the following: •Sergeant Major •Sergeant Major of the Army •Regimental Sergeant Major •Lieutenant •Captain •Major •Lieutenant Colonel •Colonel •General Staff However, regimental commanders must approve of the promotion of their own soldiers depending on the current condition or structure of the regiment. In other words, an Executive or Commanding Officer of a regiment must make the final approval to allow for the promotion of one of their own. Only exception is by the General Staff who may place an order to promote an individual.
