In addition to the agreements signed within the General Employment Contract;
The signer agrees not to release any information from the Intelligence Community unless it has been declassified.
The signer agrees and understands that, if they have clearance, they may not discuss this information with anyone without the permission of the Director of National Intelligence.
The signer agrees that the Director of National Intelligence can terminate their employment without notice for any reason.
The signer agrees that they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for leaking classified information.
