Possible way to cut down place spam

There would be something like SSC, You use common phrases that are non-spam like. "This game needs work." "Needs more items". They could add something thats like needs more X, and X would be something like vehicles, planes, weapons, etc. Good or bad?

Bad, a bit too limited. What if you wanted to say "this place is cool" or "please fix the [something]"? Sure, they would make more pre-made phrases but still it's a bit limited. Like SuperSafe Chat. What the admins should REALLY do, is putting a notice with something like "Anything that asks you to copy/paste a message to get something is spam, and doesn't work. Spamming can get you a (3 day, I think) ban." I wonder why they haven't done that - it's way too simple.
