The signer of this contract accepts that they are employed within [AGENCY/DEPARTMENT] and cannot be removed without reason provided to them by the member removing them, and that they may appeal their removal to the Board of Appeals at any time.
The signer accepts that for a formal resignation or retirement to occur three days notice must be given to the director or secretary
The signer and director agree to the basic job security program: you cannot be fired or demoted for the reasons stated within the MyJob Executive Order.
You have the right to appeal any unfair demotions or dismissals you are exposed to during this job.
The signer agrees to accept all rules and regulations set within the place of work and follow them to the best of their ability.
The signer agrees that committing a crime whilst on or off duty may have an effect on their employment status.
The signer agrees that the rules set out within the agency are fair.
The signer agrees to not release any information to the public regarding their place of work or details about their job without permission from the Director.
The signer agrees to their name being added to the National Employment Archives.
