Hello again all 212th. I am back with some announcements. First off I would like to applaud peoples increasing activity in this purge. During legion events we are seeing a lot more people and hopefully it continues on like that. However the main problem that everyone has right now is school. ***THIS IS AN UNDERSTANDABLE EXCUSE***. We aren't trying to get you to drop your books and fail your classes. Now this is what the 212th HCOMM are expecting from you guys. Once summer hits and everyone is out of school, that is when we are expecting people really come back online, and even old members. So if you guys have school right now, at least try to post it on the 212th board for us to see and review.
Now secondly on these announcements is something that we 212th HCOMM have tried before but have been unsuccessful due to disorganization. This new idea will honestly help a lot of you through 212th: Squads. Before it was just something we did for role-play purposes and simply for fun. Now it will become serious after the purge. Basically, within each division (Excluded Troopers and RT Ops), there will be squads that vary is expertise and each having their own requirements. Each squad member will still be apart of their DIVISION (Ordnance, Airborne, GC) However each squad will be under the command by an MO, along with a Commander Officer of the entire Division itself which will be the XO. In my previous message, I said that many of you struggled to rank up and that got a lot of people angered. This hopefully will fix that idea and give you guys a sense of accomplishment and ranking up (This is for you diz my man. More details on it such as requirements for each squad will be shouted next week. For now its just a heads up for stuff soon to come.
Finally I would like all of you to welcome our new X.O., Senior Commander CaptinRancor. A lot of you know him but a lot of you also don't. You may have seen him as the Commander of both 21st and 187th. However he was for a very long time a 212th X.O. So as you can understand he has far too much experience to be ignored and is honestly a good leader. So you guys, if not already, get to meet him. He will be placed in command of the Airborne alongside Davey.
Sincerely,
212th HCOMM
