BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF SINGAPORE PARLIAMENT HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: To prevent any crimes from happening or turning it into a massive purge.
SECTION 1A: To protect all innocent citizens from being involved in any kind of murdering spree situation.
SECTION 2: "Murder" shall be defined as taking a gun or any weapon that is threatening and going up to a person and shooting them to death.
SECTION 3: This bill shall be enforced by all citizens and law enforcement.
SECTION 4: This piece of bill shall be in effect immediately once signed.
SECTION 5: All laws/bills in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
