In this thread, I will be listing a bunch of conducts that you must agree to while working or nor working here at Shiny Cafe, if you disobey or fail to meet these you may receive some sort of consequence which we do not want you to have. Please pay full attention towards these Code#########cts as they're vital for Shiny Cafe.
[1] You must remain mat ure throughout the group. We don't accept people disobeying this rule as it's vital so we can have some peace and have no chaos.
[2] Grammar is needed at all times on ALL Shiny Cafe games, training centre, Cafe and Interview Centre. If you do not follow this conduct you will be fired or demoted. And you will get one warning and if you do not obey the warning you will be fired or demoted without notice.
[3] Clothing, in Shiny Cafe we expect our workers to be wearing the uniform behind the counter and our MR/HRs will have to wear their uniform while on games. We don't allow people wearing no clothes or "Too revealing" as we expect the clothing to be appropriate.
[4] Matu rity, we expect our workers to have a balanced amount of mat urity around our games we don't want you acting weird and unpleasant around the people in our games. We also ask of you to stay less immature around customers to put a better reputation on how our worker's performances are.
[5] Attuide, we want our workers to have a decent attitude towards their performance in Shiny Cafe, we expect our workers to have a balanced performance we don't want our workers acting rude and sassy towards other players.
