Interview Handbook:
Hello! If you are reading this, you are most likely a medium-high rank! Supervisors+ may host, Interviewers in Training+ are encouraged to help.
To start off, you should post the shout notifying Medium Rank personnel and Guests to come! The shout should look like this, remember to post about 30 minutes in advance. Shout format: [INTERVIEWS] at xx:xx (pm/am) EST at the Interview Center! S-lock at start time! Hosted by: (Your name)
Upon s-lock time, guests must be seated and all SR ranks must be kicked. You must also update the shout to: [INTERVIEWS] S-locked.
Then, after the server is locked and cleared of all SR and Security, you have all of the guests spam “f90k”, no capitals and if it appears as “####”, they have safechat and must be kicked. Remember to make sure they understand why they are being kicked.
Now, you conduct interviewing staff introductions, this is to be a short and simple introduction and wish of good luck. The host goes first, then it goes in order from left to right.
After this is completed, and the host instructs to start, interviewing staff are to take Guests by random to an office and interview them, using “:bring” to bring the guest they are interviewing across the stage.
Then the interviewer says “Do you have any questions before we begin?” and tells them that they have 40 seconds a question and are expected to use proper grammar.
Then you ask the following questions:
1: How did you find VeIIa Resort and Spa?
2: Why would you like to work for VeIIa?
3: Why should we hire you over anyone else?
4: How could you contribute to VeIIa?
5: Would you want to work your way up to the top at VeIIa?
6: What mindset would you have when going into the VeIIa to work?
7: How active do you plan to be at the VeIIa?
8: Do you have any additional comments you would like to share?
If the hotel guest used grammar and only made a few mistakes or less, with thoughtful answers, tell them they passed, then rank them immediately. Then kick them. If they did not pass, tell them what they did wrong, and to try again, then kick them.
After all interviews are finished, the only ranks remaining should be [MR]Interviewer in Training+! At this time, simply shout: [INTERVIEWS] Concluded! Congratulations to those that passed!

I worked a ##### Resort before until the game got shut down and I just quit the group.
Yes I would like to work here because I like working with people and helping them.
I think you should hire me because am very good at helping people because am a Flight Attendant for Skipper Airlines.
To contribute I will bring some passengers from the airline and tell them to join this (GREAT) group to help this group out.
Yes I would love to work my way up to higher ranks and to show other trainees that they can do it to.

I would like to work here so I can help attend customers. I think that I am good with handling customers and being respectful towards them. I believe that I should be hired over anyone else because I am respectful and will not slack off while working unlike some customer service that I've experienced in games like this. If any customers try to get in front of the line I will make sure to not attend them until it is their turn to be attended. Hello! I found you guys with my old ROBLOX account and I answered all these questions perfectly. I would like to work for Ve l la (Again)is because every single person treated me right and others correctly and I want to make people feel comfortable here and they call there others friends just like I did! You should hire me over anyone else is because I am honest with the customers, I love working for Ve l la, and I am loyal to other works and customers even if they are trolling. I would contribute to Ve l la because I will be very active and everyone will ask for me every time I am not available. Will be at the very top because people will send people then other workers will say "Who sent all of these people? Customers: "We did." Cleared mind and focus on work!
