Where do I begin...
Let me jump right to the point, Veloxic Empire & The Sky Clan of ROBLOX are currently at war. The current leader of SCR, Incending, once again has raised red flags in which VE cannot stand.
Let's begin with banning.
Incending banned me for no exact reason, he claimed I do RC7 work with no actual proof. If you click this youtube link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0aGH0Yh6RI) It will direct you to a video that is 'unavailable'. I've asked him multiple of times, for actual proof of me using RC7, but he always takes the easy way out. (Banning me, or avoiding the question). I am now demanding for myself to be unbanned from SCR's fort. If you actually have VIDEO-EVIDENCE of me exploiting/using RC7.
Cheating.
Incending was caught using a med kit during SCR's defense earlier on today, we made it very clear to him that if he was using a med kit during the defense. Veloxic Empire will recieve a point..

I have a good explanation for that as well lol.
When I got ownership of SCR, the Medkit was a pass at the fort. I removed it off sale because I didn't like it. Well, since it had a few buys, if I took it off sale and removed it from the game, that's considered "Scamming". Furthermore, I'd be banned from roblox.
I took it offsale but since I own the game I'm the only one who spawns with it. I didn't want it to be a regular gamepass.
Nick/Cry the leader of ve Knew about this, as well as said it was fine for me to have it.

Let me go through your next point.
"Bobo wasn't kicked".
Indeed bobo's was. I kicked him once I was sent that.
I have rebutted all your points lol.
1) You're blacklisted from scr skiddo. In general you're toxic.
2) Removing medkit would term my account. Can't do that.
3) Bobo was kicked afterwards. Ask Nick/Cry lol.

If he removed the tool from the actual game, it'd be considered scamming.
