BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF DOCKLANDS LEGISLATURE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION I: If a citizen doesn't follow a command given by a law enforcement officer, they shall be arrested for failure to comply.
SECTION II: Other law enforcement officers may not command each other, only citizens.
SECTION III: If the command is unlawful, the command shall not followed, and the officer who gave the command shall be arrested and/or taken to court for giving an unlawful command.
SECTION IV: The Governor and the Lieutenant Governor shall also have the right to give commands to citizens. Citizens are required to follow every command given by the Governor and Lieutenant Governor. If the command given by the Governor or Lieutenant Governor is unlawful, the command shall not be followed, and whoever gave the command shall be judicially reviewed.
SECTION V: Law Enforcement Officers shall be defined as a member in the Docklands Police Department (https://www.roblox.com/my/groups.aspx?gid=997196) and all groups (other than the State of Docklands) found in its allies, Department of Homeland Security (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=1200607), Department of Public Safety (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=1201493), Department of Corrections (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2860878), National Guard (https://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=2801231), and the State Troopers (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2926131).
SECT####### ###s legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies, the Docklands Governor and Lieutenant Governor, and the Docklands Judicial Branch.
SECTION VII: This legislation shall go in effect immediately once signed.
SECTION VIII: All laws in conflict with this legislation is hereby declared null or void.
