hes got pretty lazy beats that arent that interesting and sound like some kind of tryhard soundcloud rap producer scooped up his edgiest samples and slapped them together
as for the lyrics? i dont really see much thats special with them. i mean hes not bad, dont get me wrong, but what sets him apart from other rap artists? i feel like people just jrk this guys ego off way too much cause its trendy.
i see a lot of kendrick fangirls always saying hes the greatest ever but never really explain why he is. this is probably because theyre a bunch of pop music sheeps that worship artists and dont dare criticize them.
this is very similar to the whole 21 savage thing. now ppl are starting to forget about him because he honestly wasnt that special. this is no different. |

nah i enjoy a couple songs off damn. but i cant really rock with all of his music
some of his older music was way better considering there was a lot more creativity. now hes pulling a shia and trying to act weird and mysterious.
and for a much more realistic pov; things can be very different or very unique but it doesnt always mean theyre going to be good. |
