Second Reading of a Bill to Recognize the act of Driving Without Headlights
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: The act of driving without headlights at night shall be considered illegal within the State of Firestone, being a misdemeanor. This shall be known as “Driving Without Headlights”.
Section 1A: “Driving” being regarded as operating a motor vehicle.
Section 2: Violators shall be given the following:
First time offenders: (Warning)
Second time offenders: (Citation of $50)
Third time offenders: (Citation of $100)
Fourth time offenders: (Citation of $150)
Fifth time offenders or more: (Citation of $200)
Section 3: This legislation shall be overseen and enforced by the Firestone State Patrol, the Sheriff's Office, and the Department of Homeland Security.

Section 3C: The Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as:

Section 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately once it passes both chambers.
Section 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
