To receive a promotion you'll have to work hard and being active. It will be hard to get a promotion. Only 1 of the 100 people can receive a promotion. Hinting or recommending people here is NOT tolerated. If you do it decreases your chances to get one. Even if you ask of you're active it is hinting. Maybe not in your eyes, but in our eyes. If you hinted more then 5 times, it will result in a demotion.
