To be fair it's a bot that genuinely wants to help people on the forum, it just needs better coding.
Not like the creator is like "huehue trolling people for asking for help ecksdee" the dude is seriously trying to perfect his bot, people who get triggered over it make no sense. |

How #### ### ###### do you need to be to need to have a bot to post a bunch of links you could easily find yourself from Google? The bot itself can't exactly go in-depth and actually explain anything, it literally just posts links to the wiki. |

how much have you seen people actually go to the wiki if they dont know something? Not much. If they go to the wiki, they could see an example and learn from it and maybe learn something more from it too.

It's not rocket science to use Google to get the relevant wiki link you're looking for.

People dont like wiki cuz they dont like to spend time learning. I learned 80% of my scripting knowledge from the wiki and 20% from free models. Of course i didnt learn it perfectly in first try from wiki, but it has really good examples and definitions which you can use to practice.

No it doesn't. It pretty always just posts Intro to Scripting, and nobody is asking how to make a variable. It's idiotic. Sometimes it posts other things too. Seriously, it was better when it just googled the title of the thread (Still really dumb though), now it bases off of keywords and doesn't help at all.

Right, because Intro to Scripting is the wiki page everyone needs to see. Generally people who come here know what a variable is, and know how to add two numbers together.

Very true. I have no problem with it posting wiki links, but it doesn't post anything relevant.
I think Jordan would like working at Community Sift - He would get PAID to make troublesome, annoying bots that everyone hates, claimed to be useful.
I am being serious, sometimes it helps, but usually it just posts nonsensical links and Intro to Scripting. If you were a beginning scripter, 14 years old, and you were already embarrassed to come here to seek help, and quite nervous. To your quick response comes a bot posting "Intro to Scripting" like you don't know anything, maybe an "Intro to FE" too. Seriously, how hard would that be to take? You couldn't even get greeted by a normal human, a bot came and threw some crap at you like you didn't know what you were doing.
