HR requirements of hosting
--------------------------
-Jonin and Jonin sensei must host at least 3 times each week ( If not make an excuse and send it to an sub-kage+)
-Ambassador must host 2 times each week ( If not make an excuse and send it to a sub-kage+)
-Sub-Kage must host 1 time each week (exceptions to capri because he is running 3 differen't things.)
