There are many many accounts that haven't been online for YEARS. Yet the account name is still taken. I think that an account should be deleted AT LEAST after 3 years. Then people would have a chance of getting the username THEY WANT.
EXAMPLE:
Player70: I want Minty123 to be my new username because it sounds good!
Player70: "What?! It's taken?? I'm looking this player up!"
Player70: "This player has a default skin and this account has never even been used! It was created in 2010!!"
Player70: "No fair! I want this name and no one even is using it!!"
