Evidence of this happening may result in a demotion back to MR. Note that going against the rules and regulations or misbehaving may result in a deduction of points. Note that MR's and HR's will lose 10% of their levels for each week of inactivity without notice, which CAN result in a demotion. SECTION 1.3 - Reports After each raid that was conducted, a report must be filed by all the High Ranks that had attended the raid. The report template should be as followed: AWE RAID ON (group name), (date), led by (HR that led) 1 paragraph on the outcome of the raid 1 paragraph of the game plan you had and any allies called in, and other basics that happened in the raid List positive aspects of what had happened in the raid List negative aspects of what had happened in the raid and needs worked on SECTION 1.4 - RULES AND REGULATIONS Rule #1 - You must obey higher rank's commands Rule #2- Respect all members despite their rank, this group is equal in all ways Rule #3- Misbehavior or acting inappropriately will not be tolerated Rule #4- Stalking, bullying, harassing, or intimidating others is prohibited Rule #5- Flaming during raids will not be allowed, even if the other clan does so Rule #6- Lying or deceiving higher ranks will not be tolerated Rule #7- Bribing higher ranks will most definitely not be tolerated Rule #8- Do not cause arguments or mention sensitive materials on the group wall Rule #9- Exploiting is not allowed Rule #10- All higher ranks must act professional while carrying out AWE duties Rule #11- All higher ranks must wear the official AWE HR uniform while conducting all AWE duties Rule #12- High ranks MUST post on the shout with shout tags SECTION 2.1 - SHOUT TAGS Training [TRAIN] Raid [RAID] Joint Training [J-TRAIN] General message / announcement [MSG] Meetings [MEET] Joint Raid [J-RAID] Forum [FORUM] SECTION 2.2 - HOSTING Trainings must be at least forty minutes and must be no longer than one hour and forty minutes Raids must not last longer than 2 hours Event host/hostess must restate all the rules and regulations at their event Each event must have a thirty minute break in between for a cool-down The event must be announced with the proper shout tag Admin abuse will most definitely not be tolerated and will result in a exile You may not go AFK in your own event for more than 10 minutes without a valid reason, if you do go AFK (even if it is less than 10 minutes) you must place another HR in charge You must shout the start AND the end of the training. If you are a Zeta, make sure you screenshot proof of someone's points and send them over to a HR for them to be promoted.
