General policies:
• Everybody that works at Bévl Hotel and Resort must go through the application and interview process. If you pass you must attend an induction evening in order to attend an official shift.
• Make sure you have purchased the correct uniform. Not doing so can result in a bar to work. If you have insufficient funds contact the Area Coach for support.
• For a promotion all candidates are selected by merit purposes only.
• The hotel cannot be in operation when a member of the management team is not present.
• Only a Receptionist is eligible to use the POS.
• All staff are required to work as a team and support each other in tasks they are eligible for.
• If you see a Manager or any other staff member being disrespectful or inconsiderate contact the Area Coach immediately.
• If the hotel needs to be closed due to a particular reason, do not kick or try to remove the guest. Close the hotel, but allow the checked-in guest(s) to enjoy the stay.
• Whilst communicating with a guest, make sure you are clear, you are punctual and wearing the correct uniform.
• All staff are to keep neutral whilst talking to customers, if you are shouted at or threatened you are not to retaliate. If so you will be given a verbal warning from your Business Manager or possibly exiled.
• When greeting a customer receptionists should say; "Welcome to Bevl! My name is [NAME], can I interest you in a room?
Admin policies:
• Do not use M or H excessively and unnecessarily. Those commands are only used for important announcements. Communicate staff by using N or PM.
• Do not use the teleport command unless there is a serious situation. Contact the user asking for permission before using the command.
• Using a sword, kicking, using profanity, or other major admin abuse commands will result in a exilation and permanent banning if the reason is not justified.
• Management are eligible for moderator. Senior management are eligible for administrator. Anyone below found with admin will be exiled and banned permanently. |
