Firestone Department of Homeland Security Crisis Response Team Statement ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 【Preamble】 A few weeks after being appointed as Commander of the Crisis Response Team, I would like to give my incentive on what's happening with the division as well as take a moment to cover some changes for the future. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 【Table of Content】 • Section 1: Staff Changes • Section 2: Current Status • Section 3: Conclusion ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 【Section 1: Staff Changes】 A few days after I was appointed Commander, I have notified my staff that they will maintain their positions at an interim level, meaning that they would be the temporary staff until someone more qualified is chosen for said position. In that case, I have decided to fire Interim Captain Kaswaitia. I would like to thank Kaswaitia for his extensive service with the Crisis Response Team as a Captain and as an agent, but I feel as if we need someone with more experience to help me lead, train and better the Crisis Response Team. As for his replacement, I have chosen Agent B######to fill that position. B######will bring a lot of experience to the Crisis Response Team due to his many previous experiences in both Firestone and Norfolk where everyone was before Firestone started. ###### is a former Firestone State Patrol Lieutenant Colonel and has contributed to better many things around FSP. He also was a former SWAT Operator with the Norfolk City Police Department and was under my command when I was the SWAT Captain. This is actually where I met him and learned a lot about himself. All in all, this decision was made not because he is my friend, but because we need immediate change to happen. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 【Section 2: Current Status】 As of now, I am not very satisfied with the Crisis Response Team due to a lack of activity and commitment. I would like to remind all agents that you were chosen to be part of the team and that this is not an opportunity for you take for granted. Therefor, I will be making changes affecting the amount of time you are required to patrol modifying it from 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes in other to root out those who can't keep a commitment as well as bring any other needed changes that will be announced in the future. To summarize, this may not affect all agents, but these changes have to happen in order to prepare ourselves for the future. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 【Section 3: Conclusion】 In conclusion, it's important that you, the agents, know that these are preliminary preparations for what will come to the Crisis Response Team. In case you don't know, we will be receiving a long range weapon and an armored vehicle to better aid us with our duties and even expand our duties in some areas. Therefor, I want to make sure that we have good agents who can commit, be responsible and be prepared for any crisis we may face on the field. For any questions and/or concerns, please let me know. Thank you. Sincerely, Commander F4C3M4N_ACTUAL Crisis Response Team Firestone Department of Homeland Security State of Firestone
