Government of Rhodesia Sephorus International Realty 1) Sephorus International Realty hereby agrees to purchase land for 4,000 ###### ## agreement, 10% of all apartment sales bought in Rhodesia will go to the Rhodesian government. 2) The apartment will permanently be under the control of Sephorus International Realty unless it is given up willingly by the CEO himself or the company fails to follow the contract. 3) Sephorus International Realty has the right to sell property in the apartment building to anyone of its choosing without government interference. Private customers property may only be removed by a government request accompanied by warrant/arrest order from the Chief Justice or the Rhodesian High Courts. 4) In the case of any contract violation or unfair removal of Sephorus International Realtys control by the Rhodesian government, Sephorus International Realty holds the right to file an international lawsuit against the Rhodesian government.
